  • Who is Online Coaching suited for?

    Online coaching is designed for anyone who wants to improve their overall health and fitness. Whether you're just starting out, getting back on track, or already active, this coaching is designed to meet you where you are at. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is or what your eating habits look like, what matters is that you're ready to take a positive step toward becoming the next level version of yourself.

  • How do I know if this coaching is right for me?

    If you're ready to make real, sustainable changes to your health and fitness. You don’t need to be “fit enough,” experienced, or perfect you just need to be willing to show up, learn, and put in the effort. If you want guidance that’s personalised, supportive, and focused on building long-term habits (not quick fixes), then you’ll fit in perfectly.

  • What makes your coaching approach different from others?

    My coaching style is real, honest, and completely personalised. I’m not a cookie cutter coach, and I don’t believe in restricting you to boring meal plans or cutting out all the foods you enjoy. Instead, I focus on sustainable habits and routines that support the future you, the version of yourself you’re working toward long-term. I meet every client exactly where they are, because every journey is different. My goal is to help you build a lifestyle you can maintain, not a temporary fix.

  • Can I book a free consultation or discovery call?

    Yes! You’re more than welcome to book a free discovery call. This is a chance for us to chat about your goals, understand where you're at, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. I want you to feel confident and comfortable before starting your journey.

  • How soon can I expect results?

    This is a big question, and it really comes down to your consistency and commitment. As your coach, I’ll guide, support and educate you every step of the way but the results depend on how willing you are to follow the plan and show up for yourself. If you stay committed and put in the work, you can expect some INSANE results. Let’s goooo!

  • What qualifications do you have as a coach?

    I have cert 3 & 4 qualification’s in Personal Training, Qualified Nutrition, Pre & Post Natal Specialist & Recent Qualification on a Sound Healing Practitioner (coming soon).

  • How do I book a fortnightly coaching call with you?

    Once you complete the onboarding process, I’ll send you a Calendly link where you can easily schedule your fortnightly coaching calls. You’ll also have the option to book a 30-minute Zoom or phone call, whichever you prefer.

  • What are your coaching packages?

    $64.99 for weekly online coaching or for a 12 week upfront package it is $700 (saving you $79.88)

    These payments are set up through Direct Debit.

  • Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

    When you sign up for online coaching, you agree to a 12-week minimum commitment. If you choose to cancel before the 12 weeks are completed, you will still be responsible for paying the remaining weeks of your agreement. After the initial 12-week period, only 1 week’s notice is required if you wish to cancel your coaching.

Mobile Personal training

  • What is Mobile PT?

    Think of a personal trainer at a gym but instead, I bring the workout to you! I provide all the equipment needed to meet your goals (and of course, the fun vibes too). Once we’re done, you can get straight back to your day with no commute, no stress. It’s all about flexibility and making training fit easily into your lifestyle.

  • How are you different from other personal trainers?

    Training with me, you don’t need to step foot on a busy gym floor. Your sessions are 100% focused on your space, your pace and your goals. I pride myself on offering a more personal, connected experience rather than the “in and out” feel that can happen elsewhere.

  • What if my house is messy or too small to train in?

    No worries at all! We can train anywhere, your backyard, front yard, local oval or park. I’ll make the space work for you.

  • Do you do 2:1 sessions?

    Yes! I offer both 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. If you have a friend or family member who wants to train with you, bring them along and enjoy a discounted rate for duo sessions!

  • How long are the sessions?

    Each session runs for 45 minutes. The perfect amount of time to get an effective full workout in. 

  • How do payments work?

    Payments are made weekly through direct debit, and there are no lock-in contracts. 

  • What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

    That’s totally fine! We can train under cover, move the session indoors, or reschedule to another suitable time. Mobile training is designed to be flexible - rain, hail or shine.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    Life happens, I completely get it! If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, there’s no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of your session will be charged in full.

  • What fitness levels do you train?

    Everyone! From complete beginners to experienced gym goers, I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and progress you safely and confidently at your own pace.
